Structure Pedia delivers worldwide if the respective location follows our payment gateway. For any questions, you can contact us at htmstructuredesign@gmail.com from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Once your purchase has been processed, you will get your purchased material within 3 working days if it is e-book or online course. Hard copy books will shipped with 5 to 7 working days. 

 

Returns & Exchanges :

 

Structure Pedia has a stringent no exchanges or no returns policy across the website (applicable for both soft copies and hard copies). Customer shall read the description of the product before placing an order. This also implies that each and every item you receive from us are Fresh, authentic, undamaged, and of the finest quality.

Cancellations:

 

Orders cannot be altered or canceled once they have been processed.

Shipping Charges:

 

There are no delivery costs for the soft copy products but 129/- for  hard copy material. Customers are eligible for free shipping on order value greater than 1999/-.
